Daily Schedule

  • On Monday and Tuesday, COHORT A will be attending school on Campus from 8:00 AM to 10:41 AM
  • The afternoons will be spent working on Asynchronous assignments in Google classroom.
  • ON WEDNESDAYS: Students will log into their classroom Zoom meetings at 8:00 AM. There will be some small groups, but students are expected to complete their Asynchronous assignments in Google Classroom
  • On Thursday and Friday, COHORT A will attend their ZOOM meetings from 12:01 PM to 2:42 PM for instruction. The morning should be spent on Asynchronous assignments in Google Classroom.Graphic of schedule for cohort B
  • ON Monday and Tuesday, COHORT B will attend their ZOOM meetings from 12:01PM to 2:42 PM for Instruction. The morning should be spent on Asynchronous assignments in Google Classroom.
  • ON WEDNESDAYS: Students will log into their classroom Zoom meetings at 8:00 AM. There will be some small groups, but students are expected to complete their Asynchronous assignments in Google Classroom.
  • ON Thursday and Friday, COHORT B will be attending school ON CAMPUS from 8:00 AM to 10:41 AM. The afternoons will be spent completing Asynchronous assignments in Google Classroom.

  • ON Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, COHORT C will attend their Zoom Meetings at 12:01 PM to 2:42 PM for Instruction. The mornings will be spent completing their Asynchronous assignments in Google Classroom.
  • On Wednesdays, COHORT C will log in to their Zoom Meetings at 8:00 AM. There will be some small groups, but students are expected to complete their Asynchronous assignments in Google Classroom.

For Students in COHORT A &B

  • Make sure to have your CHARGED chromebook with you while at school. 
  • Check with your teachers about any other textbooks that you will need while at school.

School & Classroom Safety

School & Classroom Safety

  • What are the daily protocols Parents should follow BEFORE sending their child(ren) to school? Parents should review the daily health screening for each student BEFORE sending them to school.
  • How will I be notified if there is a COVID case in school? Parents will receive a letter from the school notifying them if there is a COVID case.
  • What precautions will be taken throughout the school day? All classrooms will have hand sanitizer, disenfectant wipes, soap and disposable masks.
  • What will happen if a student has symptoms at school? If a student has COVID symptoms while at school, they will be referred to the school nurse. They will then be placed in the the Wellness area to await their parent/guardian arrival.
  • How will classrooms be arranged to promote safety? Desks are placed 6 feet apart in classrooms to provide adequate distancing between students.
  • Are students expected to wear masks all day? Yes. Students MUST wear masks all day while in the classroom, and while on campus.

Arrival & Dismissal

Arrival

  • Parents must remain in vehicles at all times
  • Students will walk to classrooms to wait in line in front of classrooms
  • There will be 3 gates to enter school from, please refer to the map.
  • Students will be greeted at the gates, asked about mask, cohort and health check BEFORE they are allowed to enter campus
  • Reminder Breakfast is NOT being served at school
  • Late students will report to the office

Dismissal

  • Parents must remain in vehicles at all times
  • Please have DRIVELINE Family number visible in windshield
  • Students will come out to parent's vehicles
  • Students that walk will be released from classrooms and must leave campus immediately. 
  • If you come walking to pick up your student, please meet them off campus.
  • Late pick up students will remain with School Administration until a parent/guardian arrives

Welcome Back Wildcats!

Welcome Back Wildcats!

We are excited to welcome back our Wildcats! We have been working hard online and at school to get ready for students to return to campus. Please make sure that you have:
- signed the Parent/Student Compact that was sent through Parent Square
- labeled all your Wildcats' belongings with their Name, Teacher's name, Cohort and of they are walking to school.
  - Every morning please go ovrer the health screening
  -Have Driveline number ready for vehicle pick up at dismissal.
  - If your Wildcat walks, please have a planned meeting place or plan in place to meet up with your Wildcat after dismissal. 
  -Reminder: Parents are not allowed on campus unless invited to attend an appointment. NO exceptions! In the event that you need to pick up your Wildcat early or in case of emergency, your Wildcat will be brought out to you in the front of the school.
